MBA Projects:

Once you have filled in the button requested after pressing the Contact Me button one of our project co-ordinators who will work with you on adding life to your brief and explain the subsequent steps.

These projects can last from 10hrs up and can be priced either on an hourly rate or a fixed project value.

Once we have developed a clear understanding about what it truly is that you are trying to answer we will begin the second phase which is the candidate selection.

MBA & Company takes great care in matching the alumni specifically to the consultancy project criteria you have outlined. A strong alignment between the industry, geography and functional requirements of the project is paramount to shortening the learning curve.

Once the shortlist has been prepared it will be sent to you where you can look to examine the candidates further or engage them immediately. The alumni will then commence work either remotely or on-site at your offices should you choose.

For remote projects, frequent communication is encouraged to ensure the work continues to focus on the goals of the brief most important to you.

Following final approval of the work, you will receive the document containing all the answers to your questions and to which you own the intellectual property. At this stage the final part of the payment will be released from escrow to the alumni. You will then have the opportunity to provide feedback on the quality of the work produced and service you experienced.

Afterwards you can re-engage the associate on your next project or start the process over.

Interim / Full-time Hires

Our selective network guarantees you only select from "Grade A" players around the world minimising poor performing hires and wasted interview times.

We will begin developing and screening the shortlist of candidates for you on a success fee only basis.

Following this, we will act as full liaison for you helping to organise interviews and delivering feedback.

Once you have found your ideal candidate we will complete all of the paper work and help them to begin work as soon as possible.
