When did MBA & Company start?

MBA & Company was founded in 2009 by a team of MBA graduates and experienced professionals from some of the world's leading business schools. The management team has direct experience in this market place and understands the needs of both MBAs / PhDs and companies when handling these types of projects. We are experts in project management and ensure that the alumni we work with carry the same level of expertise and passion for each task they execute.

Why was MBA & Company created?

It was created in order to help companies gain access to top tier talent in a flexible and efficient manner helping them grow and come through the economic downturn stronger than ever. It is our aim to democratize business insight and provide a means for all companies, institutions and charities, large or small, to receive the best advisory and research services possible.

As the economy returns to safety, we want to play a part in making sure they bring in the right talent and build upon the efforts they made over the last few years.

At the same time, we wanted to help business school graduates gain access to even greater real world opportunities, find additional means of income, expand their network and develop a community of best in class talent where they can share ideas and experiences.

How is MBA & Company financed?

Following winning recognition as one of the best new businesses in the UK and Europe, MBA & Company was selected for funding by two leading VC funds. All have close links to business school education and share our belief in the value of both commercial experience and academic excellence. We are also therefore privileged to have a board with several highly experienced professionals, business school professors and entrepreneurs alike.

How does MBA & Company earn revenue?

MBA & Company's primary source of revenue is a commission charged on the total value of the project or placement. The total cost of the MBA project varies depending of the size and scope of the project role as well as the specific MBA alumnus working on the project brief.

MBA & Company does not charge a monthly subscription or registration fee however this may change in the future and we therefore recommend that you register for free now.

Where is MBA & Company based?

MBA & Company has offices in London and in Spain with contacts in New York as well. However, we are a truly global resource and have already completed projects in over a dozen countries.

Our global membership expands over 50 countries with each member on average speaking three languages fluently helping to ensure we can provide local market expertise. We also understand the need for the appropriate cultural fit whenever handling your requirements.

This, accompanied by our proven track record of managing international projects for entrepreneurs, SMEs and Multi-nationals means that we have no doubt about our capabilities in delivering first class solutions to you as well.
