MBA & Company was founded by a group of MBA graduates who understood that during the economic downturn companies did not have the funds available to use expensive consultancies or recruitment agencies. We wanted to create a means for companies to gain access to this talent in a manner that reflected their needs whilst also offering the professional service that our clients deserve.
